40 days of fasting for detoxification of water and weight loss?
I really want to engage in water 40 days of fasting for weight loss and detoxification. After wards I plan to switch to a raw vegan diet. Given that I change my eating habits, water fasting is an effective way to lose weight? I lose at least 40 pounds of weight 130 and now I'm 5'1. As soon as my plan of going to an hour daily walk.
I'm in the same position when statistics just different and I tried a fast before day 10. After 10 days, I felt incredible! AW has some, I lost about 1.5 pounds per day …. But once I ate my first tea spoonful of food i was mad. I ate everything in sight and gained all the weight back and felt absolutely miserable. Meanwhile, I did some research (should have done before hand) and said that "breaking the fast is universally the most difficult bit. anyway, I thought it would be much easier if there was someone in the same boat, so if you want to be "fast friends'…. hit me up k? otherwise good luck anyway!:) In answer to your question, it is much punishment does not work, and it is not nearly as difficult as it may seem …. when you've finished doing superficial things.
