The neighbors smoke 24 / 7 odor comes from above … Do I have a case?
We tried to tell you a million times that the smoke bothers us, but they not only listen? Right now my throat feels a bit rough just because of the disgusting smell. Should I file a complaint against them and I have a case? It seems that no care about the welfare of our health is not a condominium, an apartment, I can not leave my house single
Definitely get an air purifier, preferably with a washable filter. Also try to find where it came from. It does not come "through" walls should be a vent or something. The smell "will not hurt you.
