How can I convert a video with Aimersoft video converter while maintaining the audio?
I recently purchased the Apex Video Converter. Trying to convert MOV MPG, but after conversion, no noise. I contacted customer service, but takes 1-2 days to capacity answer and I do videos as soon as possible. Am I doing something wrong or is the software does not change the sound with it. I use Windows Movie Maker with converted videos.
